Tsets is the oldest private law firm in Mongolia founded in 1993, when there were no law firms able to provide legal assistance in a market environment. At that time our practice concentrated primarily on standard transactions in selected areas of practice. Since then, the range and complexity of the legal advice sought have changed significantly. Today clients do not seek straightforward answers to the questions on how the given law operates but expect constructive and strategic advice in the situations where the current law is unclear or less developed.
